- Elifas obtained his Bachelor of Accounting in 2005 at the University of Namibia and his Masters in Development Finance at the Stellenbosch Business School in 2012.
- He is a deve opment finance expert (infrastructure financing, project finance, public private partnership).
- He is a co- founder of the PPP Unit in Namihia.
- He has advised a number of public entities and private firms on both corporate and project finance.
- He worked with a number of international development partners including the KM, World Bank, EU, IFC, AFD, ALSF, AfDB, GIZ
Lydia Muadinohamba

- Lydia Muadinohamba is an aspiring housing urbanist with a strong academic foundation and growing experience in architecture and development finance. She holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Architecture from Coventry University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Development Finance from the University of Cape Town. Lydia began her professional journey as an Architect-in-Training at Kondjeni Nkandi Architects Inc., where she gained valuable industry experience.
- Currently, she is deepening her expertise in sustainable urban development through a Master’s in Sustainable Urban Practice at the University of Cape Town’s African Centre for Cities. Her academic and professional trajectory reflects a commitment to shaping inclusive, sustainable urban environments across Africa.
